The PHD Family Welfare Foundation (PHDFWF) a registered non-profit organisation has been promoted by the PHDCCI thirty-nine years ago, registered as a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, 80G of the IT Act, 1961 and the FCRA. The Foundation has primarily concentrated on implementing integrated health & family welfare projects in the field of high-risk groups for STD/HIV/AIDS in resettlement colonies, skill development & free income generation training for needy women and youth, mobile medical care, care for people living with disabilities, educational courses, personality development classes and self-defense training for girls PAN India. At present, PHDFWF is currently operating 12 Mobile Medical Vans running in Delhi, NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana and Gujarat and benefitting 1,100 beneficiaries every day and till date we have benefitted approx. 19,99,071 beneficiaries from healthcare projects. PHDFWF has 34 skill development centers in PAN India states like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh and with a focused presence in tribal regions such as Odisha, Assam and Chhattisgarh and at any given time 6,000 student beneficiaries per day are availing skill training in centers across PAN India. Till date we have benefitted 59,119 beneficiaries through our skill development projects.

The main focus areas of the Foundation include: health care, skill development training, education, support & care for specially-abled people, sanitation facilities for girls in schools, rehabilitation & relief during natural calamities, and self-defence training for women. The foundation also supports 100 orphanages and several old age homes in Delhi NCR by providing free health care and basic needs.

PHD Family Welfare Foundation is looking for a Retail Management Course Trainer to conduct training sessions for students and youth under skill development programs. The trainer will be responsible for teaching retail management concepts, customer handling, sales techniques, communication skills and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1) Deliver classroom and practical training in Retail Management
2) Prepare lesson plans and training materials
3) Guide students on customer service and retail operations
4) Conduct assessments and maintain training records
5) Support students in improving communication and employability skills requirements
6) Graduate in any discipline (Retail Management background preferred)
7) Experience in retail sector or training will be an advantage
8) Good communication and presentation skills
9) Basic computer knowledge

Salary
Rs 25000/- to Rs 28,000/-
