DigiEmpowerment Mentor
The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting digital empowerment programs, mentoring & coaching government school students and teachers on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Coding fundamentals through hands-on, project-based learning.
Classes / Learners: Upper Primary to Senior Secondary students (Grade 6-12) / Beginners to Intermediate level

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and activity modules
* Design and conduct training classes and hands-on practical sessions
* To conduct learning assessments, prepare and maintain the proper report of Student performance.
* To complete the assigned course for each grade within specified time-period
* Train students in Robotics fundamentals (sensors, motors, controllers), Artificial Intelligence (machine learning concepts, AI applications), Coding (using Scratch / Python / Arduino / Block-based coding) and basic programming (C, C++)
* Explain working of sensors, motors, motor drivers
* Guide students in building STEM, Robotics, AI-based models & projects
* To create actual real-life projects with robotics enthusiasts and students
* Design & conduct engaging workshops, hands-on sessions using robotic kits
* Mentor students, inspiring them to enter competitive events such as Science Fairs, Olympiads, Robotics competitions, exhibitions & Manak Inspire Award
* Foster a creative & engaging learning environment
* Evaluate student progress, assessing performance through tests & practical exams
* Coordinate with school management to schedule sessions

Background:
* Education: Technical Graduate (B.Tech. /B.E, CS, EC & EIC, MCA, BCA, B.Sc.)
* Experience: Prior teaching experience in a similar subject is preferred
* Role: Coding-Robotics Trainer

Requirements:
* Good knowledge of AI, Robotics & basic electronics, Embedded Systems
* Hands-on experience with Arduino / Microcontrollers/ Raspberry Pi
* Passion for inspiring students to explore STEM subjects
* Excellent communication and presentation skills - English & Hindi
* Must have a well-functioning laptop
* STEM / Robotics certification is an added advantage
* Ability to explain concepts in simple language

* Experience in Teaching or Content creating on/for online or other for coding in NGOs/ Ed-Tech firms or platforms.
* Taught Coding, Robotics, Programming to more than 100+ students
* Working Knowledge of Robotics, AI, Coding, Embedded C, C++, Scratch 3.0 (making games & projects), Python, Machine learning for kids, Code.org platforms
* Exposure and experience working with various controller boards like - Arduino, Sensors, ESP32, Tinkercad, Virtual Robotics, & Robotics tools, Raspberry Pi, 3D printing technology, and Drone technologies
* Ability to break down complex concepts in simple terms allowing beginner students to understand and learn easily
* Good communication skills - in English and Hindi
* Freshers with good knowledge and communication can also apply

Compensation & Future Prospects:
Fixed: based on skills, background and experience
o 0 to 2 years' experience: 3 - 3.6 Lakh per annum.
o 3 to 5 years' experience: 3.6 - 4.5 Lakh per annum.
Job Location - Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Expense for official travel/ telephone/ internet etc. will be reimbursed as per applicable rules.

IN-DEED is at the cusp of transitioning from a small NGO to a medium sized professionally managed organisation with operations in several states of India;
Person selected for the role should be prepared, in due time, to take up senior management roles, s/he shall be groomed in the medium term for elevation to second line of leadership at IN-DEED.

Life at IN-DEED Foundation
6-Day week: on-field in government schools (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM in summers; 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in winters).

Principal geography of operations is the state of Rajasthan, with Ops office located in Jodhpur, catering majorly to the Thar Desert region of West Rajasthan.
