Haryana (Field-based position with extensive travel), one person per district. The project districts are:
Panchkula, Yamunanagar, Ambala, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Jind, Panipat, Rohtak, Sonipat and Jhajjar.

Project Overview
NLRIF will implement an innovative AI-powered integrated TB and NCD Active Case Finding (ACF) model supported by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. under the Tuberculosis Implementation Framework Agreement (TIFA) managed by the United States Department of State (DOS).
The project aims to:
• Screen ~18.7 lakh population
• Strengthen TB case detection through AI-enabled chest X-ray (HHX) and NAAT linkage
• Integrate screening for NCDs (Hypertension, Diabetes, Anaemia)
• Enable real-time monitoring, microplanning, and hotspot prediction using AI platforms
• Strengthen convergence between NTEP and NP-NCD systems
Position Summary
The District Camp Coordinator Consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating TB-NCD screening camps and associated community mobilization activities within assigned districts. The role requires close coordination with frontline workers, TB Champions, local stakeholders, and district health teams to ensure successful implementation of field activities.
Note: - This project position is for a duration of 8 months. The project may start from 1st July 2026.
Scope of Work
1. Camp Planning & Coordination
• Organize and coordinate community and workplace-based TB-NCD screening camps
• Coordinate venue arrangements, logistics, permissions, and field preparedness
• Ensure availability of screening teams, IEC materials, and equipment during camps
• Support implementation of district microplans and camp schedules
2. Community Mobilization
• Coordinate community engagement through:
o TB Champions
o ASHAs, ANMs, AWWs
o Community volunteers
o Panchayats and local influencers
• Support awareness generation and mobilization of vulnerable populations for screening camps
• Facilitate field communication and local coordination before and during camps
3. Coordination with Government Systems
• Liaise with District TB Office, health facilities, and block-level teams
• Coordinate with frontline health workers for participant mobilization and follow-up
• Support convergence activities with NTEP and NP-NCD platforms
4. Field Operations Support
• Support registration and crowd management during camps
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of camp activities
• Coordinate referral and linkage support for presumptive TB and NCD cases
• Facilitate field movement and operational support for radiographers and screening teams
• Ensure sputum sample collection and transportation through TB champions
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain camp records, attendance, and activity documentation
• Submit regular reports on camp implementation, mobilization, and outcomes
• Support geo-tagged documentation and field validation processes
6. Any other task assigned by the CEO
Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
• Graduate in any discipline; preference for Public Health, Social Sciences, or Health-related fields
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in community health/public health projects
• Experience in organizing health camps, outreach programs, or community mobilization activities
• Should be confident to use Tablets and different Web-based and App based application in computer and Tabs
• Willingness for extensive field travel within district
Desirable:
• Experience in TB/NTEP/community-based health programs
• Experience working with frontline workers and local communities
• Familiarity with digital data collection/reporting tools
• Local language proficiency preferred
