Counsellor cum Warden

Experience: 1-2 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Preferably in Social Work, or related fields)

About us:
Y4D Foundation works with the mission of "Empowering The Underprivileged" through intensive programs focused on education, health, and livelihood.

Key Responsibilities:
* Counseling: Provide guidance and emotional support to trainees, addressing their personal, academic, and career-related concerns.
* Hostel/Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring discipline, hygiene, safety, and a comfortable living environment for trainees.
* Coordination & Administration: Act as a liaison between the skilling centre management, trainers, and parents to address trainee concerns.
* Emergency Handling & Crisis Management: Be available for medical emergencies, conflict resolution, and other urgent situations within the hostel or training centre.
