Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. RMNCAH+ & Nursing Services
* Provide ANC and PNC services including Vital checks, Risk screening, Counselling
* Assist Medical Officer during OPD and examinations
* Support identification of high-risk pregnancies
* Provide first aid and basic nursing care
* Facilitate referral follow-ups

B. Nutrition & Anemia Screening
* Support anemia screening for Adolescent girls, Pregnant women & Lactating mothers
* Provide counselling on diets, Supplement compliance, Nutrition during pregnancy and adolescence with focus on Anemia

C. Community Coordination
* Coordinate with ASHAs, Anganwadi Workers, Village-level workers
* Support beneficiary mobilization prior to MMU visits
* Assist in estimating expected patient load

D. Documentation & MIS Support
* Maintain nursing registers and patient records
* Support digital data entry into MIS
* Assist baseline survey data collection (Phase I)
