Currently AADHAAR's developmental interventions are spread in Uttarakhand, Himachal, UP and other states with the active resource and technical support of Capgemini, USHA, SIDBI, NABARD, and CSC. Thematically these developmental interventions are based on Digital Skill Building & Vocational Training, Environment & Disaster Management, Education and Governance and Institution Building.

AADHAAR is looking for a project associate based at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. objectives of the project include-
Improve quality and access to STEM, robotics and coding education though practical project-based learning for students.
Enhancing institutional capacity of government schools/department.
Enhancement of skills of teachers to teach STEM, robotics & coding in more effective project way
Provide Students and teachers a platform to exhibit and execute learning through on line interactive dashboard for all stakeholders- projects/workshops and completions etc.
Inculcating interest among girl students about STEM in longer run there by reducing the gender gap in the society.

Responsibilities:
Learning and Management Server (LMS) and ensuring its smooth functioning
Pedagogy development for coding and robotic classes
Undertaking online developed pedagogy
Training of Government teachers and handholding support to students, schools and trainees
Periodic reporting of the project activities to the reporting office
Preparation and submission of quarterly, half yearly and annual reports
Any other task related to the project as assigned by team lead/CEO
Prerequisites:

A minimum B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc in IT/Computer Science or related subject from any recognized Institute.
Desirable Qualification: MCA/ M. Tech from a recognised institution.
The candidate should possess adequate skills in coding, programming languages and database management.
Should be able to independently handle IT based projects and work with school children.
Ability to clearly communicate, influence and drive action with regard to the project
Knowledge of the actors and issues related to the digital sector
Good spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills
Analytical and negotiation skills
Teamwork, ability to collaborate with others
Ability to learn and adapt
Proactivity, autonomy, and creativity
Available to be based in Noida, U.P, flexible to travel throughout the country
