As an Executive - Assurances [Finance & Accounts (F&A)] in our Central Support Unit (CSU) at the Corporate Office, you will architect financial governance and steward institutional integrity to anchor our mission-driven operations across India.

What Will You Do? (Key Responsibilities)
- Support Financial Governance: Support in Design and enforce accounting policies to ensure total regulatory compliance across all TRI units.
- Strategic Budget Oversight: Analyze expenditure trends and provide high-level variance insights to senior leadership.
- Donor & Grant Stewardship: Architect complex financial reports for national and international stakeholders and donors.
- Risk & Asset Management: Oversee internal controls, vendor KYC, and asset integrity to safeguard organizational resources.
- System Innovation: Drive digital transformation of financial workflows and mentor proximal teams for operational excellence.
Who Are We Looking For? (Requirements)
- Intermediate CA/CWA, or a Master's degree in Commerce/Business with advanced professional certifications.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in the development sector or social impact agencies.
- Exceptability to articulate complex financial data and provide analytical insights to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, advanced financial modelling in Excel, and digital tools for organizational governance.
