Position: Paryavaran Mentor
Number of Positions – 02
Location – Uttar Pradesh – (Cluster – 1 - Bhadohi – Gazipur) & (Cluster – 2 – Sonbhadra – Mirzapur)
Monthly Remuneration – Up to Rs 16,000 per month

Position Overview
The Paryavaran Mentor will serve as the key field-level supervisor responsible for the effective on-ground implementation of the campaign across assigned districts and clusters. The role involves monitoring programme activities, supporting Paryavaran Youth Leaders, coordinating with schools, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring quality delivery of campaign interventions.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Experience
• Minimum 1 years of field level experience.
• Experience in supervising community or school-based projects.
• Experience in youth engagement, community mobilization, education programmes, environmental initiatives, CSR projects, or government schemes.
• Experience managing frontline field teams will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the on-ground execution of campaign activities across assigned clusters and schools.
• Monitor school schedules and ensure timely implementation of all planned interventions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to Paryavaran Youth Leaders.
• Ensure adherence to programme methodologies, facilitation standards, and implementation protocols.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor activity quality and provide on-site coaching to Youth Leaders.
• Troubleshoot operational, logistical, and coordination challenges during programme implementation.
• Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Support mobilization of students and teachers for programme participation.
• Verify attendance records, activity reports, photographs, and supporting documentation submitted by Youth Leaders.
• Monitor the utilization and distribution of campaign kits, IEC materials, and programme resources.
• Ensure timely communication between field teams and the District Programme Manager.
• Identify implementation gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve programme effectiveness.
• Facilitate and support orientation sessions, campaign events, and stakeholder interactions at the school level while ensuring programme quality standards.
• Assist in collecting field feedback, success stories, case studies, and best practices from intervention schools.
• Compile field monitoring reports, implementation updates, and observations for submission to the District Programme Manager.
• Ensure programme targets, timelines, and quality standards are achieved across all assigned schools and clusters.
