NSC Jharkhand, a Ranchi-based development organization working with rural and tribal communities of Jharkhand, invites applications from dynamic, committed and passionate professionals for the following positions:
Development Documentation Executive
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Eligibility
• Master's Degree in Rural Development (Preferred) / Mass Communication / English / Hindi
• Good understanding of the development sector, Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), Local Governance, tribal customs and traditions, and Jharkhand's socio-cultural demography
• Minimum one year of experience in the rural development sector
• Age between 22 and 30 years

Key Responsibilities
• Documentation of organizational field activities, meetings and events
• Preparation of reports, case studies, success stories and communication materials
• Managing and developing content for the organization's social media platforms
• Supporting knowledge management and organizational communication initiatives

Salary: Rs 20,000 per month

Candidates possessing higher relevant experience may be offered a negotiable salary, depending upon qualifications and experience.

Note: Candidates seeking salary negotiation based on previous experience must produce bank statements reflecting salary transactions for the last six months at the time of the interview.

Preference will be given to:
• Candidates from marginalized communities, and
• Women candidates
However, possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory for both positions.
