The Area Manager cum District Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and performance of multiple centers across assigned blocks or districts. They will lead a team of CFL Trainers/In-Charges, ensure alignment with financial literacy goals, and coordinate with local stakeholders, banks, and financial institutions to deepen financial inclusion at the grassroots level.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

A.Program oversight and Implementation
Supervise and guide CFL Trainers/In-Charges in their day-to-day activities.
Ensure all CFL centers operate efficiently and adhere to quality standards.
Plan and execute financial literacy campaigns across multiple locations.
Ensure alignment of CFL activities with Gram Sathi’s objectives and donor requirements.
B.Stakeholder coordination and Networking
Coordinate with local banks, MFIs, SHG federations, and PRI institutions.
Build partnerships with financial service providers to enhance community access.
Liaise with district administration for convergence with financial inclusion schemes.
C.Capacity building and mentorship
Organize regular training and mentoring for CFL trainers and field staff.
Monitor staff performance and support capacity enhancement.
Promote knowledge sharing and learning among CFL teams.
D.Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Track CFL performance metrics across the region.
Ensure timely data collection, documentation, and monthly reporting.
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate program effectiveness.
Address operational gaps through timely feedback and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, Economics, or relevant field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program management, financial literacy, or livelihood promotion.
Prior experience managing teams in rural development or financial inclusion programs preferred.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Remuneration
Salary 22,000/- (Twenty Two Thousand) Per Month & TravelAllowance (3,000/-)
