Chetna Child and Women Welfare Society (CHETNA), a reputed NGO working in Chhattisgarh, invites applications from passionate and qualified individuals for the position of Accounts and Logistics Support Coordinator under its Creche Initiative Program. The program focuses on strengthening early childhood care and development in urban areas.

Position Overview
The Accounts and Logistics Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing financial and logistical operations to ensure smooth implementation of program activities. The role is critical in maintaining financial discipline and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Reconcile accounts and monitor expenditures as per budget
• Prepare financial reports and utilization statements
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
2. Logistics Coordination
• Plan and coordinate logistics for field visits, trainings, and events
• Procure materials and manage inventory as per program needs
• Conduct periodic stock verification and ensure timely supply
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate rates
3. Documentation and Compliance
• Maintain proper documentation of financial and logistics records
• Ensure adherence to organizational and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
4. Team Coordination
• Work closely with program staff to meet operational needs
• Provide guidance on financial and logistics processes

Qualifications and Requirements
• Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in accounts
• Experience in logistics management will be preferred

Skills Required
• Proficiency in Tally (preferably NGO/project accounting)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Vendor management and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Additional Requirement:
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Remuneration
• Rs 30,000 per month + Travel (Actual)
