SANCHAR A.R.O.D. is a West Bengal-based non-profit organization working since 1988 to promote inclusion, education and the well-being of children and persons with disabilities through Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and Disability Inclusive Development.

We Are Hiring: Library Project Coordinator

Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Library & Information Science, Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Child Development or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in library programmes, education, child development, literacy promotion or the social development sector.
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Bengali and English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage community library activities and reading programmes.
- Facilitate reading sessions, storytelling, workshops and learning activities for children and adolescents.
- Liaise with schools, caregivers, volunteers and community stakeholders.
- Maintain programme records, documentation and reports.
- Support outreach activities and promote inclusive learning spaces.

Location: Based at SANCHAR A.R.O.D.'s Head Office in Joka, Kolkata. Travel within nearby project areas may be required as part of programme activities.

Salary: ?25,000 per month (Gross).
