Salary: Rs.55,000 – Rs.60,000 per month

About the Role:
Do you enjoy bringing structure to projects, tracking progress, solving implementation challenges, and ensuring that good work on the ground translates into measurable impact?
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to oversee project implementation, monitoring, reporting, and field coordination across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Monitoring & Coordination
• Monitor project activities, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Conduct regular field visits and review project progress.
• Coordinate with project teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify implementation gaps and support corrective actions.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Track project indicators, outcomes, and performance metrics.
• Maintain project MIS, trackers, and monitoring systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, donor, and management reports.
• Document project achievements, case studies, and impact stories.

Stakeholder & Team Management
• Coordinate with CSR partners, NGOs Partners , government departments, and community stakeholders.
• Facilitate review meetings, workshops, and project events.
• Support project teams in ensuring quality implementation.

What We're Looking For:
? Master's Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Environmental Studies, or related fields.
? 4–6 years of experience in project management, monitoring & evaluation, or programme coordination.
? Strong skills in reporting, documentation, data analysis, and project monitoring.
? Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
? Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
? Willingness to travel for field monitoring and project reviews.
