Targeted Intervention Project of MPSACS, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh is implementing since 2013 in Raisen District for Prevention of HIV/AIDS in HRGs. We require suitable candidate for following Post (Description is hereunder):-

Post : Project Manager (01)
* Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required
-Qualifications : Postgraduate Degree in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or relevant Social Sciences.
-Alternative: A Graduate degree in Social Sciences paired with extensive field-level healthcare or NGO experience.

Work Experience For Postgraduates: Minimum 1 year of experience in district-level public health, HIV/AIDS control, microfinance, or rural development programs.

For Graduates: Minimum 3 years of active experience in development or health sectors at the field level.

Essential Skills & Competencies
Language Skills: Absolute fluency in the local vernacular language of the assigned district, along with a working knowledge of English.

Technical Skill: Diploma in Computer- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and dealing with health data monitoring systems.

Interpersonal Skills: Proven capability to communicate empathetic dialogue, build trust, and maintain a non-judgmental attitude toward stigmatised communities.

Salary : Rs. 21000/- Per Month &
Travel & Conveyance - Rs. 1400/- Per Month
