About the Organization
Amar Shaheed Chetana Sansthan is a leading non-governmental organization working in the field of health and social development. Under the Targeted Intervention (TI) Project, supported by the Uttar Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (UPSACS), Lucknow, applications are invited from eligible and motivated candidates for the position of Outreach Worker.

Educational Qualification
Graduate from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in community outreach, HIV/AIDS programmes, public health, or social sector projects.

Essential Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Android smartphones and computer applications (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc.).
Ability to work extensively in the field and interact with community members.
Candidate should possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (preferred).
Willingness to travel within the project area.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits and outreach activities among the target community.
Mobilize and motivate beneficiaries for HIV/STI prevention, testing, treatment, and counselling services.
Facilitate referrals and linkages with health facilities and other support services.
Maintain field records, registers, and project documentation.
Submit timely reports through Android-based and digital reporting systems.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and awareness programmes organized under the TI Project.
Carry out any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager.
Remuneration
Monthly Honorarium: 10,500/-
Travel Allowance: 1,500/-
Total Monthly Compensation: 12,000/-
