?Life Project 4 Youth is a federation of 19 organizations in 14 countries whose mission is the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of Young people (17-24 yo) from extreme poverty and victims of exclusion.
LP4Y supports the decent inclusion of thousands of Young people and their families in 41 programs, 20 Training & Development Centers, 6 Green Villages, 4 Little Angel Academies, 2 LP4Y Labs in South East Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Europe and America.
Over the past 15 years LP4Y has created solutions, always close to slum areas in large cities such as Manila, Cebu, Iligan, Cagayan de Oro, Calauan, Jakarta, New-Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Raipur, Chennai, Kathmandu, Yangon, Dhaka, and Beirut. Currently, we are 140 Catalysts in Asia working with Young Adults contributing to the development of their country. Since 2009,9300 youth have been accompanied to the professional world.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Contract : local contract
Duration : 12 months (renewable) - Full time –
Location : Delhi,
Gender: Male/Female
Age: 24–35 years
Languages Required: Fluent in English and Hindi
Salary: Rs 20,000 per month (Non-negotiable)

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with international corporate members of the YIN network.
- Coordinate capacity-building activities among members, including workshops, webinars, and collaborative learning sessions.
- Develop advocacy and communication materials promoting youth inclusion in the corporate sector, such as white papers, forum reports, and awareness campaigns.
- Organize international forums, networking events, and awareness initiatives across different countries.
- Support YIN member representatives in the implementation and development of their actions.
- Manage and develop communication tools for the network, including newsletters, social media content, and other digital communication channels.
- Contribute to the growth, visibility, and impact of the YIN network.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, particularly for reports, newsletters, and digital communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
- Interest in social impact, youth inclusion, and corporate engagement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
Benefits:
- Salary : 20 000 INR/month (non negotiable) before taxes through bank transfer (not negotiable). Potential increase after one year.

Working Schedule :
- Working time (about 40h/week)
- Work days : Tuesday to Saturday based on 8 working hours/day
