Summary:
The Manager - Disha Abhiyan is a Central Core Team member to Support and
monitor the progress of different programs under Disha across different states.

Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Liaison and build relations with state government authorities to create an
enabling environment for Disha program implementation
- Coordinate with and support internal stakeholders to facilitate effective
implementation of the program- Program Reviews, donor presentation and
communications.
- Develop, build and manage strategic partnerships with other NGOs
- Collate on ground intelligence and develop implementation strategy for new
geographies
- Lead creation of repository of case studies and best practices
- Analyze data and work closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation Team to
provide insights on key metrics of Disha Program

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Masters requirement
- Applicants with a bachelor's degree but a strong
background in the education sector will also be considered.
- 6-8 years work experience in:- project management, data and Monitoring and
Evaluation techniques, , understanding of Government network.
- Experience in Conducting and planning training will be preferred.
- Manage change, resilient, quick learner and team player
- Strong communication in English, Hindi and Marathi

future.

- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and
external stakeholders, from team members to executives
- Technology Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and various video editing and design software.
- Resilience: Handling high-pressure situations, setbacks, and criticism. Staying calm and composed during crises
- Working Together: Ability to inspire, motivate, and work with other stakeholders.
