Project Manager / Senior Public Health Expert (Salary-80-90k per month)
Minimum Educational Qualification: (Important note -Contractual Bond for 3 years)
• Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Community Medicine, Nutrition, Health Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related discipline from a recognized university.
• Additional qualification/certification in project management, public health leadership, monitoring & evaluation, or health systems strengthening will be preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum 5-10+ years of professional experience in public health programmes, nutrition, NCD prevention, adolescent health, school health, or community-based health interventions.
• Experience managing large-scale health projects involving government departments and multi-sectoral stakeholders.
• Experience in coordination with national/state-level government institutions and development partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for the project.
• Act as the main focal point for coordination with, government authorities, education departments, and other stakeholders.
• Develop project implementation strategies, annual work plans, timelines, and operational frameworks.
• Ensure effective coordination among technical experts, field teams, and M&E personnel.
• Guide integration of nutrition, physical activity, mental health, and NCD prevention approaches.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, technical reviews, and implementation planning.
• Ensure quality implementation, timely delivery of outputs, and achievement of project objectives.
• Review technical documents, reports, training materials, and knowledge products.
• Identify risks and ensure mitigation measures, including continuity arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with standards, reporting formats, and documentation requirements
Strong Communication Skills, Fluent English
