Procurement of Six (6) Collapsable Family Planning Kiosks
1. Introduction
The People’s Rural Education Movement (PREM) is a secular, humanitarian, non-political and non-governmental organization working for the development of Adivasi (indigenous), Dalit, Fisher folk and other marginalized communities of Odisha and other states of India. PREM has been working in Odisha for more than four decades. PREM stands as a beacon of hope for marginalized communities across Odisha and its adjoining regions. Founded on principles of compassion, equity, and social justice, PREM has consistently worked towards uplifting those who often find themselves on the fringes of society. PREM invites qualified manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, and installation of Six (6) Collapsable Family Planning Kiosks. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the organization’s procurement procedures and applicable regulations.
2. Objective
The objective of this procurement is to acquire six (6 nos.) collapsable kiosks that will be used for providing family planning information, counseling, awareness, and distribution of family planning commodities in designated locations as per the attached image.
3. Scope of Supply
The selected supplier shall provide:
- Design, manufacture, supply, transportation, and installation of six (6) collapsable Family Planning Kiosks.
- Branding and graphic printing as per content provided by the PREM.
- Delivery of kiosks to the designated locations by PREM in the District of Mayurbhanj, Rayagada & Gajapati and/or PREM Office, Mandiapalli, Ganjam, Odisha
- Warranty and after-sales service support.

Rights of the Purchaser
PREM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, wholly or partly, and to cancel the procurement process at any stage without assigning any reason.
