Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Fundraising to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing funding from corporates, grant-makers, and other donors to supplement our existing funding and acquire new funding.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to diversify and expand funding streams.
· Establish and maintain relationships with corporate partners, trusts, foundations, and individual donors.
· Lead donor communication and engagement efforts to cultivate long-term partnerships.
· Ensure timely and transparent reporting to funders.
· Work closely with senior management to ensure financial sustainability through effective budgeting and fundraising targets.
· Develop fundraising materials in collaboration with the communications team.
· Oversee proposal development and submission for potential funding opportunities.
· Maintain a database of donors and manage relationships with existing funders.
· Represent the organization at networking events and nonprofit forums.

Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate or Post-Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience in the development sector.
· Strong background in fundraising, donor management, and proposal writing.
· Experience in corporate partnerships and grant acquisition is highly desirable.
