Job Title: MIS Coordinator (Management Information System)

Project: Anemia Reduction through Awareness and Package of Interventions - A Multi-Sectoral, Community-Driven Approach

Location: Bharno Block, Gumla District, Jharkhand

Salary: 25,000/- per month

Project Duration: FY 2026-27

Qualification & Experience
Graduate degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Statistics, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MIS, data management, monitoring, and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and data management software.
Experience in development sector projects will be preferred.
Age Requirement
25-35 years.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project MIS database and ensure timely data entry and validation.
Collect, compile, analyze, and manage project data received from field staff.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Support monitoring and evaluation activities through accurate data management.
Ensure data quality, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
Develop dashboards, summaries, and presentations for project review meetings.
Coordinate with Nutrition Counsellors, Health Worker-cum-Facilitators, and project team for timely reporting.
Maintain beneficiary records and intervention tracking systems.
Assist in preparation of donor reports and project documentation.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Hindi and English typing.
