About the Organization
Ekta Graminjan Sahayog Sanstha (EGS Sanstha) is a non-profit organization working for the empowerment of tribal and marginalized communities in Madhya Pradesh. The organization works on Forest Rights Act (FRA), MGNREGA, livelihoods, governance, natural resource management, and community institution strengthening.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts in Tally.
Cash book, vouchers, ledgers and bank reconciliation.
Prepare financial reports and utilization certificates.
Maintain project-wise accounts and supporting documents.
Ensure statutory compliance and assist in audits.
Maintain office financial records and documentation.
Coordinate with programme staff on financial matters.
Eligibility
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience in NGO accounting will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ?16,500 per month.
