* **Job Opportunity – Support Class Facilitator (Full Time)**

**Position:** Support Class Facilitator
**Vacancy:** 1
**Location:** Taljai Vasahat, Pune
**Salary:** 18,000 – 20,000 CTC per month

We are looking for dedicated and motivated candidates to provide **educational and developmental support** to children, adolescents, and youth.

**Qualification:**
* D.Ed. / B.Ed.
* Experience in community-level work preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct support education sessions to improve children’s learning outcomes
* Provide academic support, homework assistance, and school readiness activities
* Facilitate life skills sessions, group activities, and interactive learning sessions
* Organize sports-based and activity-based learning activities
* Conduct child protection, safety, and rights awareness sessions
* **Mobilize and engage children, youth, parents, and community members for project activities**
* Identify children at risk and coordinate referrals with the Project Coordinator
* Maintain attendance records, session reports, and documentation

**Required Skills:**
* Good communication and teaching skills
* Ability to work effectively with children and youth
* Experience in community-based programs
* Creative approach towards activity-based learning
* Community mobilization skills preferred
