About Milaan
Milaan Be The Change is an India-based nonprofit building a movement of adolescent girl leaders. Through its flagship Girl Icon Program and system partnerships, Milaan works across education, health, leadership development, agency, safety, and rights.
Milaan’s strategic goal is to build 2 million girl leaders by 2030.
Scope of Engagement
Milaan is seeking an agency, design studio, consultant, or consortium to lead an organisation-wide brand and design refresh.
This is not a full rebrand. Milaan is looking for a partner who can strengthen and systematise its existing visual identity so that the organisation appears more consistent, polished, credible, and scalable across key communication touchpoints.
The engagement will cover:
- Brand discovery and review
- Visual identity and design system refresh
- Brand architecture and sub-branding guidance
- Editable templates for decks, reports, social media, events, and donor/program materials
- Website-facing visual direction
- Micro brand book, source files, and handover/training
- The selected partner will help Milaan create a practical and reusable brand/design system that can be used by internal teams across communications, fundraising, programs, and events.
Eligibility
Agencies/consultants should demonstrate:
- Strong capability in brand refresh, visual systems, and template development
- Ability to create practical design systems that internal teams can use independently
- Experience with donor, institutional, community-facing, and digital communication materials
- Sensitivity to girl-centred, dignity-led, and social impact storytelling
- Experience in nonprofit, CSR, foundation, or mission-driven design work is preferred
