Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery: Deliver Basic IT, Advanced IT, Digital Literacy, and other assigned courses, ensuring quality learning and student engagement.

Community Mobilization: Support community outreach, school visits, and enrolment drives in coordination with the Centre Head.

LMS Management: Update attendance, assessments, guided learning progress, and course completion in the LMS. Raise certificate dispatch requests to Head Office.

Student Assessment: Conduct regular class tests, monitor student performance, and maintain progress records.

Placement Support: Prepare students for employment through mock interviews, resume guidance, and information on placement opportunities.

Career Guidance: Counsel students on higher education opportunities, including ITI, Polytechnic, Graduation, and other skill development programmes.

Computer Lab Management: Ensure proper functioning of computer systems, software, internet connectivity, and coordinate with the HO IT Team for maintenance and repairs.

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM): Participate in PTMs and share students' attendance, learning progress, and performance with parents.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain student records, training documentation, and submit reports as required by the Centre Head and Head Office.

Programme Compliance: Follow NIIT Foundation's academic standards, operational guidelines, and ensure a safe, disciplined, and learner-friendly classroom environment.
