6.Job Description
a. About Jan Lok Kalyan Parishad : Jan Lok Kalyan Parishad is a grassroot level organisation working in Jharkhand State . We work on Women, Child Development and Protection . Through Project Sampoorna we work with the Teachers, Student, Communities, Government Stakeholders towards ensuring Social Emotional Learning.
b. Key Responsibilities :
1.Implement SEL sessions with Children ,Teachers and Communities.
2.Build partnerships with schools, communities & govt. Stakeholders.
3.Maintain documentation, reports & success stories .
4.Identify & mentor local champions .
5.Liaise with government officials & ensure program visibility
c. What we Look for :
1. Master Degree in Education/Social Work/Development/or equivalent with minimum 2 Years of Experience.
2. Graduation Degree in Education/Social Work/Development/or equivalent with minimum 3 Years of Experience.
3. Experience of working with School Teachers, Block and District Officials
4.Strong Planning ,Coordination, Communication and Documentation Skills.
5.Proficient in MS Office(word English/Hindi , PPT)
6. Have Good Communication Skills, Good Knowledge of English Hindi and Local Languages.
7. Minimum 2 Years of experience in life skills, SEL, Gender, and Govt. Engagement.
d. Remuneration : Negotiable
e. Experience : 2 years or more in School engagement /Government Engagement/ Social Work/ SEL/Education related work
f. Travel : Extensive Travel within the district throughout all Blocks.
g. Report to : Project Lead
