1. Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in Social Work and any other subject.
2. Computer Skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
3. Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and perform data entry accurately.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills with government stakeholders and frontline workers, including Child Protection Units, Police Department, BDO, Panchayat Representatives, ASHA Workers, ANMs, ICDS Workers, Schools, and other child protection stakeholders
5. Minimum 2–3 years of field-level experience in child rights, child protection, prevention of child marriage, child trafficking, or related social development programs.
6. Case Documentation and Reporting; specially prepare case studies, case reports, success stories, and documentation related to child marriage, child trafficking, child protection, and community interventions.
7. Experience in maintaining case records and follow-up documentation will be preferred.
8. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Howrah District, particularly in rural areas, with a good understanding of local communities, institutions, and socio-cultural issues.
• Experience in community mobilization and awareness programs.
• Knowledge of child protection laws, POCSO Act, Juvenile Justice Act, Child Marriage Prohibition Act, and anti-trafficking mechanisms.
• Ability to travel extensively within project areas.
• Commitment to child rights, gender equality, and safeguarding principles.
