About the organization
Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra (NBJK), a renowned NGO and working for past 50 years in Jharkhand and Bihar in the field of Education, Health, Micro Finance, Livelihood programme and other activities requires. NBJK is implementing SBI Gram Seva project in Jamtara district of Jharkhand. It is a comprehensive rural development program that focuses on key areas such as digitalization, education, health, water, sanitation, hygiene, livelihood, skill development, women empowerment, youth development, infrastructure, and environmental conservation. Major activities will be to establish Gram Seva Kendra; making model school; renovation of public infrastructure like Anganwadi Kendra, meeting platform, govt. schools; digital classrooms in schools, running mobile medical van, skill training, waste management, and promoting resilient agriculture, renovation of ponds, etc.

Key Skills & Expectations:
• MBA/PGDRM with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience of working on multiple themes, and creation of infrastructures
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in program management, planning, and execution.
• Familiarity with rural development issues and government schemes.
• Good liaising skills with the government officials
• Good excel, word, and power point skills for report preparation
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the project team.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of all Gram Seva initiatives across adopted villages.
• Timely execution of all the activities
• Monitor progress reports.
• Engage with community members, local leaders, SHGs, and youth groups to promote program objectives.
• Collaborate with government agencies, Gram Panchayats, NGOs, and other stakeholders for smooth program implementation.
• Prepare reports showcasing progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Ensure optimal utilization of financial, technical, and human resources.
• Manage procurement and distribution of materials for community projects.
• Monitoring of Orphanage, Schools etc. or as per assigned.
