Primary Responsibilities

* Manage appointment bookings across Apollo, clinics, and online consultations.
* Coordinate new and follow-up patients.
* Handle patient queries on WhatsApp and phone.
* Troubleshoot scheduling, billing, reports, and follow-up issues.
* Maintain detailed patient records and consultation summaries.
* Coordinate investigations, referrals, and hospital admissions.
* Follow up on pending reports and remind patients about appointments.
* Provide basic information regarding your services (without giving medical advice).
* Coordinate with family members, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and hospitals.

Desired Skills

* Graduate (Healthcare/Management preferred)
* Excellent English and Hindi communication
* Strong empathy and patient handling
* Experience with CRM/Hospital Management Systems
* Excellent organizational skills
* Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and AI tools
