Qualification: Master in Social Work / Master in Sociology / Master in Psychology
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years above
Salary: Rs.18,000/- to Rs. 20,000/-
Job Role:
1.Management, Supervision and Monitoring of the activities at the Care Home as per Government project guidelines
2. Plan, implement and co-ordinate all activities, programs and operations, including training and treatment programs or activities as the case may be.
3. Keep liasiong with government authorities for smooth functioning of the project.
4. Prepare, submit and followup documents of license and grant-in-aid.
5. Maintain all records and registers required under the Scheme.
6. Ensure proper and timely counselling and care plans for girls under government scheme.
7. Take prompt action to meet emergencies.
8. Organize meetings of the Women's Committee & Home management Committe meetings.
9. Maintaing and updating various portals related to the project.
10. Make reports and letters for ongoing Government Project.
11. Maintain and prepare budgets and expenditure of the project.
12. Ensure overall maintenance and administration of the Home premises and all care staff for all schemes.
