Counsellor

Key Responsibilities-
1.Provide counselling and psychosocial support to survivors and children affected by human trafficking and related forms of exploitation.
2.Support survivors and their families during rehabilitation and reintegration processes.
3.Maintain case records, counselling notes, follow-up records and other project documentation.
4.Coordinate with project staff, government departments, Child Welfare Committees, police and other relevant stakeholders as required.
5.Conduct regular follow-ups with survivors and children to assess their well-being and rehabilitation progress.
6.Participate in field visits, meetings, awareness activities and other project interventions.
7.Maintain confidentiality and ensure a child-friendly, survivor-centered approach in all interactions.
8.Prepare and submit reports and documentation within the required timelines.

Honorarium-
Rs 25,000 per month + travel expenses as per project norms.
