Position: Project Coordinator
Saksham Ashram invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Project Coordinator to support and strengthen community development initiatives in the region.
Location: Rajim, Gariaband District, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise project implementation activities
• Prepare project plans, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with government departments, stakeholders, and community institutions
• Conduct field visits, monitoring, and evaluation activities
• Organize training programs, meetings, and awareness campaigns
• Ensure timely reporting and effective team coordination
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NGO/community development sector
• Strong communication, reporting, documentation in English & Hindi and coordination
skills
• Knowledge of government schemes and grassroots development programs
• Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, concept notes and proposal writing.

Preference:
Candidates with experience in livelihoods, women & child development, tribal development, or community mobilisation will be preferred.
Salary:
35000 P/M based on qualification and experience.
