Job Description – Executive Director Human Resource
Job Purpose
To provide strategic leadership to the Human Resources function by driving people strategy, organizational development, governance, talent management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while aligning HR initiatives with CSRL's mission and organizational goals.

Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or a related discipline.
Work Experience
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in NGOs, CSR, Education, or multi-location organizations is preferred.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
- Formulate, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, audits, and sponsor expectations.
- Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, HRMIS, employee records, and MIS reporting.
- Foster employee engagement, organizational culture, diversity, equity & inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Advise the Board and the management on strategic HR matters and organizational development.
- Lead, mentor, and strengthen the HR team while driving continuous process improvement.

- 100% statutory and policy compliance.
- Timely implementation and review of HR policies.
