Sahyog Care for You is a dedicated organization focused on child education, child rescue and rehabilitation, women empowerment, and armed forces welfare across India for over 23 years. Since 2017, Sahyog has been dedicated to supporting the Armed Forces – CRPF, BSF and Delhi Police, benefiting 6,479 Jawans, 16,307 family members, 1143 Veterans, and 1,473 Divyangs. Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator will drive the on-ground execution, stakeholder management, and reporting for our initiative. This role bridges field-level activity—such as beneficiary tracking, training logistics, and event coordination—with institutional requirements like CSR reporting, milestone tracking, and impact documentation. We are looking for an action-oriented professional with 2–5 years of project management experience, proficiency in MS Office/Canva, and a readiness for frequent local and PAN-India travel.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the Program.
2. Liaise with senior officials, beneficiaries, trainers, dieticians, and external partners.
3. Monitor training schedules, different activities, and participation.
4. Ensure timely availability and maintenance of equipment and training infrastructure.
5. Maintain beneficiary records, attendance, progress reports, and project documentation.
6. Coordinate for travel and logistics arrangements.
7. Organize meetings, review sessions, orientation programs, and stakeholder interactions.
8. Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
9. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final project reports for management and CSR partners.
10. Support impact assessment, data collection, photography, videography, and success story documentation.
11. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project SOPs.
12. The role involves frequent travel for beneficiary coordination, competition support, stakeholder meetings, monitoring visits, reporting activities, and project implementation across project locations.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Graduate in any discipline (Social Work, Physical Education, Management, or related fields preferred).
2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination/ implementation
3. Strong interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva and relevant software
5. Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi)
6. Willingness to travel locally and PAN India as required
