About the Role
The Store Director will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the store, including sales, customer experience, inventory, team management, and business performance. The role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and the ability to drive store targets and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the overall operations and performance of the store
• Drive sales, revenue, and store performance targets
• Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy
• Monitor store expenses, operational costs, and budgets
• Lead, manage, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns effectively
• Monitor visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand standards
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and other internal teams
• Analyse sales and operational reports and take corrective actions where required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements
• Conduct regular team reviews and set performance expectations
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Prepare and share regular store performance reports with senior management

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• 8–12 years of experience in retail/store operations, with relevant experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience in managing store operations, sales, inventory, and teams
• Experience in handling store targets and operational budgets
