1. Purpose of the RFP
MAMTA-HIMC invites quotations from eligible taxi service providers/agencies for providing safe, reliable, and punctual taxi services for local and outstation travel during FY 2026–27.
2. Scope of Services
The selected service provider shall provide vehicles on an as-required basis for official travel.
Four-Seater Vehicles- Desire/Amaze/Fronx/ Aura/equivalent category vehicle.
Seven-Seater Vehicles- Innova/ Innovo Crysta/ equivalent category vehicle.

4. Vehicle Requirements
The vehicles deployed under this contract shall:
- Be clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned.
- Be in good mechanical condition and fit for commercial passenger transport.
- Preferably be GPS-enabled.
- Carry valid Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, Permit, Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate, Fitness Certificate, and any other statutory documents required under applicable transport laws.
- Be driven only by licensed and experienced drivers.
5. Service Performance Requirements
The service provider shall ensure:
- Timely availability of vehicles as per booking requirements.
- Professional, courteous, and well-behaved drivers.
- Immediate replacement of vehicle in case of breakdown, accident, or any service disruption.
- Maintenance of accurate duty slips/trip records including:
- Date
- Time
- Vehicle Number
- Driver Name
- Pick-up location
- Drop location
- Passenger details
- Opening and closing odometer readings
- Distance travelled
- Proper billing supported by duty slips.
6. Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be released upon submission of original invoices and supporting duty slips, as per mutually agreed payment terms.
- Tax Deductions: All payments will be subject to applicable tax deductions as per the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of India.
- Rights Reserved: MAMTA-HIMC reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted agencies will be contacted for further discussions and/ or meetings.
- Negotiations: MAMTA-HIMC reserves the right to conduct negotiations and request additional information as per MAMTA and/or donor policies.
- Agreement: No legal commitment shall arise until a formal agreement is signed with the selected bidder.
- Work Orders:Vehicle hiring shall be on an as-and-when-required basis. No minimum business volume is guaranteed.
- Rate Validity: Approved rates shall remain valid up to 31 March 2027.
7. Application Process
All applicants (company/agency/institutional) if applicable, should follow the Government of India guidelines/policy for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the workplace. As part of the application process, you are required to share the status of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). If the committee is not incorporated, then under what criteria is it not enacted?
Interested agencies/organizations/individuals are requested to submit their quotations/ proposals along with the following details:
- GST Registration Number of the firm.
- PAN details of the firm/individual.
- Company profile (if applicable)
- Quotation Validity up to 31 March 2027.
8. Submission of Quotations
Proposals must be submitted via email to rfp@mamtahimc.in by 23rd Sep 2026, with the subject line: "Quotation for Taxi hiring for FY 2026-27" (Rajasthan). Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be considered for the selection process. The selection team will only contact applicants who have been shortlisted for the process.
Mamta HIMC has a policy of erasing all confidential information, ideas/concepts submitted in proposals/applications after the selection process is completed. "Confidentiality of Applicants" Mamta shall not be liable to share the list of shortlisted applicants with any party outside the organization. The organization takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of applicants, and shall not disclose any personal information, process, and data related to the application, except as required by law.
