Position Overview
The Field Support Team will support the implementation of field-level activities under the Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Women’s Safety, Gender Equality and Community Protection project. The team will work closely with women, adolescent girls, youth, families and community stakeholders to strengthen awareness, community participation, prevention, early identification and access to appropriate support and referral services.
The team will contribute to community mobilisation, awareness and facilitation, referral support, stakeholder coordination, field documentation, monitoring and reporting, while ensuring confidentiality, safeguarding, dignity and respectful engagement throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain regular engagement with women, adolescent girls, youth leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
• Organize field level awareness sessions on GBV, gender equality, women’s rights, safety and available support services.
• Identify community-level concerns, protection issues and emerging risks and report them to the Programme Manager.
• Support coordination with Police, Panchayati Raj Institutions, government departments, community institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Women’s Resource Centre (WRC) and referral mechanisms to facilitate access to appropriate services for women and adolescent girls requiring support.
• Prepare and coordinate daily and weekly field work plans and activity schedules for the field team.
• Monitor field activities and maintain attendance, photographs, activity reports and other basic programme documentation.
• Engage men, boys, youth, community leaders and other influencers in discussions around gender equality and prevention of violence.
• Support the development and use of session plans, IEC materials, awareness tools and community-based learning activities.
• Document field observations, participant feedback, key discussions and emerging learning.

Who Should Apply?
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant field experience, preferably in women’s rights, gender, community mobilization.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the project area.
• Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and professional boundaries.
