Job Title: Solar Trainer / Technical Trainer

Job Overview:
ADS Foundation is looking for a skilled and passionate Solar Trainer to conduct practical and theory-based training for students in technical and solar-related courses.

Courses:
CNC Programmer
Solar PV Module Manufacturing Technician
Solar Panel Installation Technician
Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver classroom and practical training as per the course curriculum.
-Provide hands-on training in solar PV module manufacturing and solar panel installation.
-Train students in basic CNC programming and related technical concepts.
-Demonstrate tools, equipment, safety procedures, and industry practices.
-Conduct practical assessments and evaluate student performance.
-Maintain training records and provide regular feedback to students.
-Ensure a safe, disciplined, and effective learning environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
-ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B. tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
-Relevant industry or training experience in solar, electrical, manufacturing, or CNC.
-Good practical knowledge of solar PV systems and installation.
-Strong communication and teaching skills.
-Ability to conduct hands-on practical sessions.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply).
