Job Description – Project Officer / Sr. Project Officer (Outreach)
Job Purpose
To drive student outreach, institutional engagement, and admissions by promoting CSRL programs, building strong relationships with schools and communities, and supporting the successful implementation of student selection and enrolment activities.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Social Work, Education, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
- 6 months - 3 years of experience in Outreach, Admissions, Counselling, Marketing, Education, Community Engagement, or NGO programs.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the regional language will be preferred.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Conduct school visits, awareness programs, seminars, and community outreach activities to promote CSRL programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders to support admissions.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on eligibility, the selection process, scholarships, and program benefits.
- Support student registration, interviews, documentation, enrolment, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Selections Team, and Head Office to achieve outreach and admission targets.
- Maintain outreach records, student databases, MIS, and submit timely reports.
- Support project operations, admissions, examinations, and other organizational activities as required.

- Achievement of outreach and admission targets.
- Number and quality of institutional partnerships established.
- Student conversion and enrolment rates.
- Timely submission and accuracy of outreach MIS and reports. ?Stakeholder satisfaction and effective coordination.

Working Conditions
The incumbent will be based at a residential CSRL Project Centre and will be required to travel extensively within the assigned region. Working hours shall be as per the project duty roster, with flexibility during admissions, outreach campaigns, examinations, and other organizational requirements.
