Purpose and Objective:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Grant Management – Finance personnel to manage the financial aspects of foreign grant-funded projects. The role will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, grant accounting, donor compliance, audit coordination, and financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor budgets for foreign grant-funded projects.
• Prepare financial reports and utilization statements as per donor timelines and formats.
• Manage grant accounting, donor compliance, and cost allocation.
• Monitor Budget vs Actuals and analyze financial variances.
• Ensure effective internal financial controls and proper documentation.
• Coordinate donor and statutory audits for foreign grant projects.
• Monitor grant expenditure and ensure compliance with approved budgets and donor guidelines.
• Work on ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Use Advanced Excel and AI-enabled tools for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.

Qualification & Skills:
• CA or equivalent qualification, added qualification B.Com
• Relevant experience in grant management, project finance, donor-funded projects, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of grant accounting, budgeting, donor compliance, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and experience with SAP/D365.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• International Development Agencies
• UN Agencies
• International NGOs and donor-funded organisations

Child and Youth Safeguarding Commitment:

The incumbent must commit to the organization's Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy and ensure its implementation in all aspects and activities.
