The successful candidate will lead the development and contextualization of a nine-book comic series and teacher handbooks focusing on 21st-century skills, body confidence, and gender-responsive pedagogy for Grades 6–12. Key responsibilities include updating digital training modules on the DIKSHA portal and facilitating orientations for over 400 district and block-level officials to ensure effective monitoring and supportive supervision. You will provide direct in-person training and mentoring to 3,500 teachers in the priority districts of Banswara, Dungarpur, and Rajsamand. Additionally, the role involves documenting 10 high-impact case studies that demonstrate behavioral shifts and pedagogical effectiveness among adolescents. The Senior Resource Person will also assist in institutionalizing the program within the state’s library framework and "No-Bag Saturday" guidelines to ensure long-term sustainability. Candidates should possess strong expertise in life skills education and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between SCERT and Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SMSA). This position is vital for empowering 2.3 million students in Rajasthan to overcome social barriers and achieve their full potential.
