The organization works across several districts in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh, focusing on sustainable community development.

Job Description
Chaitanya is looking for a Manager to support the effective functioning of Sangh and SHG activities at the field level. The role involves planning daily activities of field staff and Sangh members, ensuring smooth implementation of decisions taken by committees, and strengthening financial and social activities within the Sangh.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan and monitor the daily work of field staff and Sangh members to improve overall team performance.
• Ensure that activities are carried out according to the planned schedule.
• Implement decisions taken by the Executive Committee.
• Organize and coordinate regular meetings of the Executive Committee and Loan Approval Committee.
• Prepare annual plans and ensure proper implementation of planned activities.
• Promote regular savings and timely loan repayment within the Sangh.
• Support the organization of social and economic activities at the Sangh level based on community needs.
• Strengthen coordination between Sangh members, SHGs, and the project team.

Qualification
• MSW or any equivalent degree in social sciences or related field.

Experience
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in monitoring, field supervision, or development sector programs.

Salary
Rs 15,000 – Rs 20,000 per month
