The organization works across several districts in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh, focusing on sustainable livelihoods and financial inclusion.

Job Description
Chaitanya is looking for a District Monitoring Officer (DMO) to support monitoring and supervision of field teams implementing Sangh Sabhasad and Microfinance programs. The role involves tracking team performance, ensuring proper implementation of processes, and supporting teams in improving program outcomes.

The candidate will work closely with field teams and management to strengthen systems, improve team performance, and ensure smooth program implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Monitor and review team performance and field-level activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of Sangh Sabhasad and Microfinance program systems and processes.
• Manage and support at least three field teams.
• Coordinate and review loan demand processes within the teams.
• Provide suggestions to the Loan Approval Committee based on team review.
• Supervise program activities within the working departments of the teams.
• Support team building and management development within the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning and strengthening team performance.
• Review the development progress of the program and identify challenges.
• Provide suggestions and solutions to improve program implementation and outcomes.

Qualification
• MSW or any equivalent degree in social sciences or related field.

Experience
• 6 months to 2 year of experience in monitoring, field supervision, or development sector programs.

Skills Required
• Good team coordination and supervision skills.
• Basic understanding of microfinance, SHGs, and rural development programs.
• Strong analytical and monitoring skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary
Rs 22,000 – Rs 25,000 per month
