Supervision of vocational training and skill development programmes being held at WIF centres including Nijoloy Madhyamgram & Child Care Home.
• Collect all data/information/photographs etc relating to project from all the designated centers for reporting and documentation.
• Prepare periodical and final reports for submission to donors.
• Maintain stock of fabric, raw materials, finished garments and other products at WIF
• Assist Chairperson and Member-Women’s Empowerment, in all the projects on Skill Development, Upskilling, Market assessment, feasibility study, and market linked Capacity Building.
• Extend full support for marketing of all products made by trainees including identifying appropriate Melas/Fairs, exhibitions, organizing participation, exploring new avenues of marketing and liasing with the concerned organisers.
• Linkage/ communication with partners and suppliers with allocated responsibilities by Project Head/Chairperson
• Supervise production operations, ensuring timely completion of products as per quality standards.
• Coordinate with trainers and trainees to integrate production tasks with skill development objectives.
• Monitor inventory, raw materials, and equipment to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Maintain production records, output reports, and quality checklists.
• Provide technical guidance to trainees on production techniques, materials, and tools.
• Collaborate with the management team for production planning and process improvement
