About Us

Matri Sudha is a Delhi-based non-profit organization working in the areas of Health & Nutrition, Child Rights, Education, Women Empowerment, Menstrual Health & Hygiene, Cyber Safety, and Community Development. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
Process vouchers, bills, invoices, and payments.
Manage cash book, bank book, and petty cash.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank accounts and monitor fund utilization.
Coordinate with auditors and support annual audits.
Maintain donor-wise and project-wise financial records.
Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and donor guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the NGO/Development Sector.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Experience handling NGO accounts and donor-funded projects.
Familiarity with FCRA, CSR projects, and grant management.
Working knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
Salary

As per qualifications and experience upto 25000 (negotiable).
