About the Project

The Solid Waste Management Project aims to strengthen door-to-door waste collection services, improve user charge collection, facilitate property geo-tagging, and enhance citizen grievance redressal mechanisms across Kanpur Nagar, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable urban environment. Dikshank Sanstha invites applications from dynamic, dedicated, and result-oriented candidates for the following positions under the Solid Waste Management Project being implemented in collaboration with Kanpur Municipal Corporation.

1. Team Lead Supervisor (02 Positions)
Location: Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: Rs 20,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the work of Team Leads in assigned areas.
Ensure timely billing and collection of user charges from residential and commercial properties.
Monitor property geo-tagging activities and maintain records.
Resolve citizen grievances related to door-to-door waste collection.
Coordinate and follow up on IGRS complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Manage and maintain manpower deployed on waste collection vehicles, including drivers and helpers.
Liaise with municipal officials, community representatives, and stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Essential Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Social Work, Management, Commerce, Arts, Science, or equivalent preferred).
Minimum 2 years of supervisory/field management experience.
Good communication, leadership, and public dealing skills.
Ability to manage field teams and resolve operational issues.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone-based applications.
Presentable personality and willingness to travel within the city.

2. Team Lead (10 Positions)
Salary: Rs 15,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly billing and collection of user charges from residential and commercial properties.
Carry out geo-tagging of properties using mobile applications.
Maintain records and submit field reports.
Coordinate with citizens and address basic service-related concerns.
Support implementation of door-to-door waste collection activities in assigned areas.
Essential Requirements:
Intermediate (12th Pass) / Graduate.
Experience in field operations, surveys, billing, data collection, or community work will be preferred.
Good communication and public interaction skills.
Basic smartphone handling and data-entry skills.
Presentable personality and willingness to work in field conditions.
