Laboratory Technician

Invites applications for the position of Lab Technician from eligible candidates for its FICTC Chandigarh.
Under: Chandigarh State AIDS Control Society (CSACS)

Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
1. DMLT / B.Sc MLT from a recognized institute
OR
2. Science Graduate in Biology/Biochemistry/Microbiology from recognized university

Desirable:
1. One year practical experience in a Medical/Biological Laboratory from government recognized institute
2. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HIV, Syphilis, HBsAg testing
3. Experience in field-based testing
4. Knowledge of NACO guidelines and bio-medical waste management
5. Basic knowledge of computer – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
