1. Introduction
The People’s Rural Education Movement (PREM) is a secular, humanitarian, non-political and non-governmental organization working for the development of Adivasi (indigenous), Dalit, Fisher folk and other marginalized communities of Odisha and other states of India. PREM has been working in Odisha for more than four decades. PREM stands as a beacon of hope for marginalized communities across Odisha and its adjoining regions. Founded on principles of compassion, equity, and social justice, PREM has consistently worked towards uplifting those who often find themselves on the fringes of society.
PREM Berhampur, Odisha, cordially invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the production of the DigiShakti Physical Toolkit, as part of its collaboration with United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Odisha, aimed at empowering members of Women's Self-Help Groups (WSHG) under the Mission Shakti Department, Government of Odisha. These training materials and toolkits are an essential component of the training program and require high-quality printing and production to ensure its effectiveness.
Objective: The purpose of this assignment is to print Training Materials and Supply of Activity Materials for PREM
2. Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing and printing of the following items for which PREM will share the pdf files of the documents (to the selected vendor only):
2.1 Carry Bag with Branding (Quantity Required-2000 nos.)
- Bag Type: Backpack / Tote Bag / Jute Bag or Similar Kind (Vendor has to submit the photo sample of the bag along with the Quote).
- should have a strong strap to support the weight of the materials.
- Bag should have a big pocket with zip to keep the printed materials and 2 pockets with zip (Inside & Outside) for the Activity materials.
- Should have sufficient space and sections to keep each of the materials and toolkit.
- Size: Larger than A4 to accommodate all training materials, toolkits and should be weight savvy
- Design: Multi-colour Design for branding will be provided by PREM
Eligibility Criteria of the Vendor:
- The vendor must be Registered in Odisha and have a valid GST Registration Certificate.
- The vendor must have prior experience in the printing industry with specific experience on printing of training materials and supply of toolkits, including sorting and packaging.
- Ability to deliver the required quantities within the timeline.
- The vendor must have adequate number of experienced personnel to ensure quality, sorting and packaging

Quotations that do not contain the correct email subject line or submission of Quote post to the above timelines may be overlooked by the procurement officer and therefore not considered. Any quotation submitted will be regarded as an offer by the bidder and does not constitute or imply the acceptance of any quotation by PREM. PREM is under no obligation to award a contract to any bidder as a result of this RFQ.
