Gramin Swathya Rakshak Sangh is inviting applications for the post of Outreach Worker (ORW) under the Targeted Intervention (TI) Project working with HRG communities.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having experience in field work/social sector/HIV intervention programs.
Good communication skills and knowledge of local community.
Candidate should be willing to work in field areas.
Two-wheeler vehicle and valid driving license are compulsory.
Salary & Allowances:
Salary: ?10,500/- per month
Travel Allowance: ?1,500/- per month
Total: ?12,000/- per month
Job Responsibilities:
Field outreach and community mobilization.
Coordination with Peer Educators and target community.
Service linkage, counseling support, and follow-up.
Maintaining outreach records and reporting.
Regular field visits and hotspot coverage.
