• Receive and triage walk-in patients; record chief complaints, vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2, weight/BMI) and
update digital patient records.
• Assist the General Physician during consultations — prepare examination area, hand instruments, and document clinical
findings.
• Collect, label, and dispatch blood/urine samples for in-house diagnostics; liaise with the lab technician to ensure 30-minute
turnaround.
• Administer injections, dressings, nebulisation, IV fluids, and other clinical procedures as directed by the physician.
• Dispense and explain prescribed medications from the integrated pharmacy with clear instructions on dosage, timing, and
precautions.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, OPD registers, and digital EMR entries in line with ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital
Mission) norms.
• Support patient follow-up coordination via Nirmala's AI care assistant — flag missed follow-ups, overdue reports, and
chronic-care alerts.
• Support telemedicine / teleconsultation sessions — coordinate with the tele-physician prior to virtual visits, relay patient vitals
and chief complaints digitally, assist patients in connecting to the platform, document tele-consultation notes, and ensure
continuity of care between in-clinic and remote consultations.
• Ensure strict infection control, sterilisation of equipment, and maintenance of a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Assist in health screening camps, preventive wellness programmes, and home sample collection logistics.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health hygiene, chronic disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle
modifications.
• Maintain medical supplies inventory; raise timely indents for medicines, consumables, and clinical equipment.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, dignity, and professional nursing ethics per Indian Nursing Council (INC) standards
Qualification GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing from a recognised institution
Registration Valid registration with Uttar Pradesh Nurses Registration Council (UPNRC) — mandatory
Experience Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience (OPD / primary care / hospital setting)
Preferred Experience in a diagnostic-integrated or phygital clinic; familiarity with EMR/digital health records
Language Proficiency in Hindi (essential); working knowledge of English for record-keeping
Other Basic life support (BLS) / first-aid certification preferred; willingness to use AI-assisted tools
